By accessing or using OneMinute-UGC ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

OneMinute-UGC is an AI-powered platform that allows users to create user-generated content (UGC) video advertisements. The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate videos based on user inputs including product images, avatar selections, and background preferences.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Credits and Billing

Our Service operates on a credit-based system:

• New users receive 10 free credits upon registration
• Each video generation consumes 10 credits
• Additional credits can be purchased through subscription plans
• Credits expire at the end of each billing cycle
• All payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled

5. Content Ownership and License

Your Content: You retain all rights to the content you upload (images, videos, etc.).

Generated Content: You own the videos generated by our Service based on your inputs.

License Grant: By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and use your uploaded content solely for the purpose of generating videos and improving our AI models.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Upload illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Generate deepfakes or misleading content
• Upload content depicting minors
• Circumvent usage limits or technical restrictions
• Resell or redistribute generated content as a service
• Attempt to reverse-engineer our AI models

7. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our AI-powered service:

• Credits are non-refundable once purchased
• Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time
• No refunds for partial billing periods
• You retain access until the end of your billing period after cancellation

8. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service, but we do not guarantee 100% uptime. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OneMinute-UGC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which OneMinute-UGC operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
