Refund Policy

OneMinute-UGC paid subscriptions include a 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time purchases only. If the product is not a fit, contact support within 7 calendar days of the initial payment and we will review the refund request.
Eligibility
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the first paid subscription charge. After that 7-day window closes, purchases are no longer eligible for the money-back guarantee. The guarantee applies to the first purchase for an account and does not apply to renewals, repeat purchases, add-ons, or accounts that violate the Terms of Service.
How to Request a Refund
Email hello@oneminute-ugc.com from the email address on your account. Include the account email and the reason for the request so we can locate the Stripe payment.
Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription from the billing area in your dashboard. Canceling stops future renewal charges, but it does not automatically refund charges already processed outside the refund window.
Processing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Stripe. Your bank or card issuer controls the final posting time after Stripe processes the refund.
